Marketing & Sales Specialist

For our client – market leader in the dental and medical field – we are looking for the following resource:


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Execute promotional events and campaigns (online and offline)
  • Collaborate with HQ marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.)
  • Assisting with the production of marketing materials, promotional literature and product manuals
  • Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications both digital and non-digital
  • Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
  • Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases
  • Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Manage outbound or inbound marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
  • Understand medical device regulations and accumulate the knowledge of promotional code for verbal expressions

Education, Technical & Personal Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor degree or more
  • Competencies required: Professionalism; Teamwork; Ownership; Multi-tasking; Time Management, Innovation
  • Openness to multicultural environment
  • Exposure to international business environment would be a strong plus
  • Proven experience as marketing specialist (in localization and collateral projects)or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Very dynamic, positive and open-minded person
  • MS Office, marketing software (CRM Dynamics), SharePoint and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CMS (Drupal) desired
  • High level of English language proficiency
