International Search Partners - founded in 1987 - is a partnership of independent executive search and human resources consultants, combining professional experience with local expertise and capitalising on our resources in order to provide an international recruitment service of the highest standards, while at the same time respecting differing national characteristics.

In these 15 years of life as a company, Grupo P&A has been dealing with training, consultancy and head hunting in HR field, and the satisfaction of its clients is its raison d"ĂȘtre. It forms with IOCAP the RPM International join venture in 2011.

RPM International is based in the kingdom of Bahrain and is the joint venture of Grupo-P&A (Spain) and IOCAP (Italy) two well-established European consulting firms with offices in Brazil, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
