It is a way of accompanying managers in their managerial and career development allowing them to find the resources and strategies on their own in order to:

  • Become aware of their managerial capabilities and emphasise them
  • Set and reach new and higher targets
  • Attain new and more important results
  • Acquire awareness of their shortcomings (in terms of skills) that may inhibit their growth and success

The coaching can be a valid tool in cases where we wish to

  • give the annual performance assessment meeting a “fresh dimension”, i.e. make it more development-oriented
  • give executives a personalised feedback and back-up following assessment sessions
